A personal meditation and mindfulness session begins by settling into a comfortable seated or lying position in a quiet space, free from distractions.  As the session unfolds, attention is gently guided to the present moment—observing thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations without judgment. If the mind wanders, the focus returns to the breath or a specific point of awareness. This session cultivates present-moment awareness, inner calm, and mental clarity by focusing attention and quieting the mind.

Private Yoga

Yoga supports physical health, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual connection for holistic personal well-being.  A private session offers the chance to work on proper alignment as well as learn the basics of the practice and understand the needs of your own body.

My YTT was alignment based, and at midlife I have a deep understanding of the limitations of the body, the aches & pains that come with aging & how to support them to build strength & flexibility for years to come.

Yoga Restore is a deeply relaxing practice where participants are guided into a state of conscious relaxation. Comfortably supported in a lying position with blankets or pillows for added comfort, the body and mind will be gently guided into deep relaxation.  A deep stress release and opportunity to quiet the mind, body & soul.
